it's all about the details

I don't know about anyone else, but I have an irrational fear of wasting a good outfit on an insignificant day.
So when I'm going out to run errands I usually go the jeans and t-shirt route. Unless I'm really bummin it, I like to try to dress it up, though. Time to get creative! It's during my dressed down days that I experiment with statement pieces and mixing and matching accessories. I'm not usually one to wear statement necklace's with t-shirts (I can never pull it off), but I love wearing fun shoes and statement earrings with a simple t and jeans. This makes me feel relaxed, yet still put together. So the next time you find yourself faced with a day full of grocery shopping or car appointments (uhg) try to dress things up a bit. I always have fun with it and love all the compliments I get! Let me know how you dress up your everyday attire. I'm always looking for new ways to style. :)
