2016 Bloopers + Reader Survey

Hello, everyone & happy Friday!! I can't believe the first week of the year is already coming to a close. This year is FLYING by!  :P But in all seriousness, I have so many goals and ambitions for this year-- I don't want to waste a minute. I've been on a mission to make every day more purposeful. Less wasting time on meaningless things and more goal oriented behavior. I want to stop telling myself "eventually, I will do this" and instead, put it at the top of my to do list. No time like the present! So, in the spirit of my new years resolution, I sat down and created a reader survey-- something I've been itching to do for a while now. Stick around to the end of the post to check that out! It would mean the world to me. :)

BUT, as much of a goal oriented gal as I am trying to be, I also think it is so so SO important to take time for yourself and do things you enjoy. 'What do I enjoy', you may ask? Well, I enjoy laughing. A lot. I enjoy joking around, being silly and making people laugh-- especially at my own expense. Sometimes these moments are planned and other times its just me bein' me. Most of the time, though, I can't help sneaking a few of these candid moments into my style posts. I think they add so much personality to my shoots and really show my readers who I am.

While I've decided to stay focused and goal driven in 2017, I can't forget to take time to laugh and always enjoy the path I am on! What better way to do this than to reminisce on all of the priceless bloopers from 2016! Amight?! Some of these pictures you may recognize and others I was too embarrassed (or was trying to be 'serious') at the time to post. Either way, I hope my small gallery of "bloopers" makes you laugh and starts your new year off on a happy note. Enjoy!

I really don't know what was going on in this picture...
Probably me trying to recreate the HSM cover photo & failing.

Photography from "Pink High Neck Crop Top".

Can you guess what just happened?

Let's just say the material on my crop top was very light weight..

Great for those hot summer days.
Not so great on windy days.

*Me trying not to be embarrassed over the fact that I just unintentionally flashed two of my good friends.

The calm before the storm.
(Notice the proximity of the curling wand to my head.)

Ladies, we all know this feeling..

aaaaand we're back to normal Rachel stuff

NYC can't handle me.

Someone my boyfriend I knew had just driven by and called us out on taking pictures on some random street corner.
Photography from "Fall Hats & Blanket Scarves".

I was probably just asked to do a math problem.

And now for the survey! "What is a reader survey", you may ask? It's really quick (only like 8 questions long) and super easy. The questions revolve around your experience on the blog. Even if this is your first time reading the wonderful works of Rachel Lynn, your input is still invaluable! This survey will basically help me make decisions on things like what types of posts I should be focusing on or how frequently I should be posting. It will take you maybe 3 minutes. I pinky promise. :) Just click here! Thank you, thank you, thank you. I would be no where without my lovely readers!

Well, that concludes another episode of the embarrassing life of Rachel Lynn. What were some of your 'blooper' moments of 2016?? I would love to hear all about them in the comments below! & as always, don't forget to subscribe & follow all of my social medias. Until next time,
